Return Policy

Product-Specific Return Eligibility: Each product on StarsJArt Construction may have its own return policy. Please check the individual product page to see if an item is eligible for return. This policy outlines our general return guidelines.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to StarsJArt Construction.
  • Goods refer to the physical items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to StarsJArt Construction, accessible from your app's URL.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

General Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items following the guidelines below.

Return Window

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Artwork must not have been removed from its protective sleeve or frame
  • Limited edition prints must have their certificate of authenticity included
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom and Personalized Artwork: Items created specifically according to your specifications
  • Limited Edition Prints: Numbered prints from limited series (unless damaged)
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Digital Products: Downloadable artwork and digital files
  • Gift Cards: Physical or digital gift cards
  • Original Artwork: One-of-a-kind original pieces (unless damaged)

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@starsjart.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos if the item is damaged (if applicable)

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RA number may be refused.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include the RA number clearly written on the outside of the package and a copy of your receipt inside.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Step 5: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Company-Initiated Returns

If you are returning an item due to damage, defect, or our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund your original shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to damage, contact us at support@starsjart.com.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product (size, color, etc.), please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

International Returns

For international orders, please note:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties
  • International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance
  • We recommend using a tracked international shipping service
  • Declare the package as "Returned Goods" with a value matching your receipt

Refunds vs. Store Credit

By default, returns are processed as refunds to your original payment method. However, we also offer the option of store credit, which includes a 5% bonus on the return amount as a thank you for choosing to shop with us again.

To request store credit instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request email.

Holiday Returns

For purchases made between November 1st and December 24th, our standard return window is extended. Items purchased during this period may be returned until January 15th of the following year, giving you extra time for holiday gift returns.

Return Status

You can check the status of your return at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and viewing your order history
  • Contacting our support team with your order number and RA number
  • Using the tracking number provided when you shipped your return
